We support sea freight, air freight, and international express (DHL/UPS, etc.). For major ports and airports in Europe and the United States, the estimated delivery times are: sea freight 30–45 days, air freight 7–12 days, and express 3–5 days.
What is the process for overseas customers to customize components, communicate technical parameters, and confirm samples?
We have an English-speaking technical support team. After receiving 3D drawings or technical parameters, we provide a solution within 1–3 days. Upon confirmation, samples are dispatched within 7–10 days, and mass production starts once the samples are qualified.
How are after-sales issues handled for overseas customers (e.g., component mismatch or quality problems)? Are there any language barriers?
